United Way launches Leadership Next
On June 20, United Way for Southeastern Michigan launched Leadership NextSM, a group committed to moving this community forward.
They are tasked with addressing the root cause of why emerging leaders and talent leave the region and instilling a sense of community empowerment and investment within these individuals. It is their hope that Leadership NextSM will not only groom a future generation of leaders for the United Way and region, but will also cultivate a culture of giving within emerging leaders and professionals.
