John Azoni
John Azoni, 2-1-1 On the Go! Homeless Outreach Associate at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, writes about 2-1-1 On the Go! - particularly the involvement needed by the corporate, non-profit, and ground-level community to get homeless Detroiters employed, housed, and off the streets. John is also an artist and a musician which means that, without his United Way job, he would probably be in need of 2-1-1 On the Go! services himself.

Julie Updyke
Julie Updyke, Business Unit Liaison at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, writes about her experience teaching high school in Philadelphia as a Teach for America corps member - and how that connects to our work in Southeastern Michigan.  Julie will incorporate gratuitous references to Ohio State football in her posts, simply because she can.
