Adult Well-Being Services

As the population of Wayne County ages, the need for coordinated case management services continues to grow. Adult Well-Being Services (AWBS) will continue to improve navigation and access to services for adults age 50 and over residing in Wayne County. Funds will be used for a case management program. This project is designed to reach seniors in need of information, assistance, and brief or intensive case management services. It will:

1) Deliver services to more than 1,340 elderly clients during 2009
2) Improve functioning and stability for senior adults who receive our program services."
